Shipping policy

Online orders are processed Tuesday-Friday between store hours, 11AM - 5PM. Please allow 24 hours for processing online orders placed during the weekday. Upon initial receipt of the order an email confirmation will be sent once the item has shipped. Items are shipped using Canada Post and or UPS.

Online orders can be returned within 14 days of initial receipt.

Please contact our online team with your request before returning the item. A return authorization number must be included in your return. All returned purchases will be either be issued a credit or exchange (minus the initial shipping charge), unfortunately no refunds.

All sale items are FINAL sale (no exchanges or refunds). Items must be unworn and tags still attached. All footwear must have zero creasing or damage to the soles in order to be returned.
